Built to be the vendor nobody has to check on.
We supply clinical-grade compounded medications to licensed healthcare organizations in every state, on a model shaped around how clinics actually run.
Origin
How we started
The company came together in California in mid-2019 with a deliberately unglamorous ambition: not to be the best-known name in compounded supply, but the one clinics could count on without checking.
What we kept running into was capable clinical teams losing hours to supply problems that shouldn't have existed — inconsistent lead times, missing paperwork, vendors who went quiet. Complete Rx was our answer: a slower, more methodical approach that fits the way a practice actually operates. That emphasis on consistency is still the whole personality of the business.

Leadership
Who runs it
Our leadership group has spent a combined 25-plus years building and operating healthcare businesses. It shows in how the company runs: processes that repeat cleanly, decisions someone owns, and communication that doesn't need a follow-up.
Mandate
What we're here to do
Put dependable, clinical-grade supply within reach of healthcare organizations nationwide, at whatever scale they operate. Dependable is an operational word here: it means supply that arrives when promised, documents itself properly, and fits into a clinical workflow without special handling.
Operating principles
Substance over showmanship
Accuracy, recordkeeping, and process discipline get our attention. Marketing polish doesn't ship a correct order on time.
The clinic comes first
Every process decision gets weighed against what it does to the provider's day. Easy to reach, plain to understand, the same every time.
Invisible operations
Supply should be something you stop thinking about. Build the systems well and staff chase fewer details and spend more time with patients.
Plan, don't scramble
Inventory is a forecasting problem, not an emergency. We treat availability as something to engineer ahead of time.

From partner practices
“Ordering used to be three people and a spreadsheet. Now it's one portal, and the reorder history means nobody has to remember what we ran last quarter. Support answers the same day, every time.”
“The extended BUD on the 503B side cut our waste noticeably, and turnaround has been predictable enough that we stopped over-ordering as a hedge. Pricing held where they said it would.”
